    Alas, I'm a noob. F11 wasn't working because I had Winkawaks set to console instead of arcade.

    I see there is a debug DIP switch option but the DIP switches aren't labeled. I found a guide to Metal Slug 3's Debug DIP switches but none of them enable blood. ...
