Basically when I try to run the dolphin emulator, it just straight away gives me this error

Hey there guys new to the forum, but been around emulators for quite a while:)
Like the title says, new here :) I hope to learn a lot about stuff relating to running emulators(game cube mostly). Hope it works out :)
