Depending on what emulator you have, for Visual Boy Advance, you make a savestate by pressing Shift+F1 for example. And to load that savestate, simply press F1.

I know that No$GBA got multiplayer support on the same PC, but not over internet, but is there any emulator that DO have multiplayer support over internet?
