I just tried a diff version of pokemon sapphire and same thing happens at Rusturf. So, problem is narrowed down to two things: Op system (Vista home premium) or the emulator. Anyone have any thoughts?

I've encountered the same problem except if I try to move the game to a diff computer and play it there. Since you're using the same emulator I am did Rusturf tunnel display ok for you the first time...

I'm using the No$gba Gameboy Advance emulator and I'm playing Pokemon Sapphire. When I get to the Rusturf tunnel I walk in and it seems like there's a glitch, because it looks like a fog texture map...
