I'll probably have to get another video card. But it's sad that I can run Dreamcast Emulators with no problem, but Saturn doesn't work. I even had an older computer with a weaker card work with it....

Yep, the drivers for 360 controllers to play on PC are already in the controller, you just have to wait for it to install and set up. PS3 just doesn't have that, that's the only reason I see it not...
