From my experience Fusion is the best.
In emulation core speed is what saves the day, with 3.2 Ghz you will run most of the Wii games at full speed with no filters and maybe with no speed hacks, but 4+ Ghz is what rules here.
All you need is activating the mask bit.
Mask bit: on

Man Dolphin runs perfect on my system (windows 7 x64), it seems to be you have some problems in your computer that are crashing some programs, maybe memory problems (or lack of it), 1 Gb of ram is...
Man the N64 emulation has been frozen for a lot of time, I suppose programmers are not interested in emulating it any longer, but Project64 and Mupen64Plus can run most of the games with no problems,...
With that you can even run DreamCast games at full speed, even some GameCube/Wii or Play Station 2 games (using speed hacks and no filters), that system is enough to run all classic consoles and...
PSP, NDS, PS2, Wii, all of them will have the same problem; your processor is not enough for them.
JPCSP is the best PSP emulator right now, but it will run slow in your machine, give it a try,...
Sorry I was absent these days, the option -nomdec was removed from 1.7, the version 1.6 still have that option, so you will need ePSXe 1.6 to use -nomdec, but before that in ePSXe 1.7 use the option...
Use the command line -nomdec to disable all the MDECS in the game.
The God of War series, Valkyrie Profile 2, Shadow of the Colossus, Gran Turismo 4, Metal Gear Solid 3, etc. are good examples of games that need powerfull computers (4+Ghz); without the dreadful...
I don't know about NeoRageX, but MAME doesn't allow you to change the rom file extension from .zip to another, because it won't work, if NeoRageX works with that; simply leave the bios rom file...
Sorry man, forget about PS2 emulation by now, @jbone1337 is being a little optimistic saying you will need a 3+GHz processor for PS2; some games will run with that, but a lot of games will demand...
Try activating the speed hacks, first the recommended and then the "no recommended" ones, like @FatTrucker told you, emulation requires a lot of cpu power.
As far I know, this game doesn't work properly with 0.9.6, you will need a new version; like PCSX2 0.9.7 beta (r3878) or the new stable PCSX2 0.9.8.
You need to install the MS Visual C++ Runtime 2010 SP1 runtime. Also remember to actualize your DirectX to avoid problems.
Man DeSmuME is hands down the best Nintendo DS emulator right now, maybe requires a little more processor than No$gba, but is simply the best.
I agree with @Mupen64 Man, DeSmuME is by far the best Nintendo DS emulator right now.
Man that's no real 60Fps, that is because you are skipping frames, I get 60(ntsc)/50(pal) fps and they run at 100% full speed, but yeah, for a decent emulator experience you need 3.5+ Ghz double core...
Ok, first of all, you have to have installed the following dependences, only install the last versions of: MS Visual C++ Runtime 2010 SP1 x64, Ms .NET Framework 4 and DirectX from Microsoft web site....
Correction: This is the most advanced PSP emulator for any platform :D.
Yep; Pcsx2 was made with dual processors in mind, in fact if you have more cores they won't help you in the emulation.
Now if you see the video, the guy is using a lots of speed hacks, and even...
Is your emulator folder write protected?, I would check the folder/files properties if they are write protected; and uncheck it if enabled, man is the only thing I can think.
Sorry for my bad...
Man you lack of processor power, the ram is ok, and the video card is higher any actual emulator would need.
Bellow 3.5 Ghz you will experiment slowdowns in demanding games, the pcsx2 recommended...
Most of the slowdown if because the specs you have, you will need at least 3 Ghz clocked dual processor, pcxs2 only uses dual processor so higher numbers of cores doesn't help the emulation, only...
