There are no mature 3DS emulators yet. The best so far is Citra which can sort of play a handful of games.

It's a pre-release version for testing purposes. When all the major bugs in the 5.0 release client are fixed it will be released as the 5.0 stable build.

Try using a recent development version of Dolphin or 5.0-rc. They should both work fine with the DolphinBar.

No that is not a real emulator. The furthest along 3DS emulator is Citra and it can't yet run games at playable speeds.

Yup, Citra has now been able to get to the title screen of Cave Story 3D as well.

If you are building a new PC for SNES emulation you should be looking at Snes9X and Higan. ZSNES isn't very good.
