You need to download the mame cheats xml file and put it in the mame folder.
Rom managers like Clrmamepro, and Romcenter won't replace, change or add any missing or changed files, they can rename stuff and they can report where stuff is missing but they won't magically...
Fusion should run them all. Not found any it doesn't work with.
The filenames are correct and are put in the rom folder in the correct way so its simply the case that the versions you are using are not compatible with the version of mame you are using. Have a...
Try deleting the file default.cfg in your mame folder. Then when you run a game mame will generate a fresh one. Often the quickest way to fix a weird config related anomaly.
All versions of Mame32/UI

Not everything in Mame works so some roms won't work even when everything is set up correctly.
A number of systems in Mame also require a bios rom, non of the games on a particular hardware set...
Is this not basically a rom download service?
I call bullsh*t.
Its either another juvenile attempt at attention seeking/timewasting, or its a front to get traffic and generate revenue from referrals, or the actual software is harmful/infected...
Get a couple of Playstation 2 dualshocks and an adapter (about ?5/$10) or just use an Xbox360 pad and plug it straight into the PC USB port.
The bios files have been changed and updated from time to time. Its likely the one's you're using aren't up to date versions if they are present and the emulator knows where they are and still gives...
Update your card drivers to the latest version and re-install Direct-X. Usually issues like this are driver related where its not a compatibility issue and the card isn't faulty.
In game, press the TAB key. You'll see a menu option for general input options. Go into that and assign seperate buttons/keys for P1 and P2 coin.
In this context Roms (and ISO's) are images that have been made of original games from old games systems. Using a PC you can use an Emulator to emulate an old games system (like the Snes or Genesis...
Its all about Copyright. An emulator 'emulates' what a console or computer does but using completely different techniques to achieve the same result, a simulator simply utilises, copies or modifies...
Thing is you only need do it once for each emulator. Once the controller is set up you're good to go for the future.
As far as a universal configurator is concerned, I don't think specifically that...
TBH for the vast majority of emulators its a simple case of selecting their controller config option and pressing the button you want to use for each control (up, down, left, right etc). There's...
Most emulators each deal with their controller options differently and every emulated machine had a different controller with the buttons set out differently and then most people using the emulators...

They're fake. Apparently some people think its funny to make other people think they have got something that someone else hasn't. Perhaps they fundamentally lack something that everyone else is born...
Try installing all the old DX8 and 9 dll's from Microsoft (won't affect your current DX install).
Or post the specs of the PC you're trying to run it on. Often the issue is with the PC hardware or operating system and nothing to do with the emulator.
MESS already does this and has been in development for years. Since its open source, why not simply contribute to the WIP stuff on that rather than start from scratch or are you aiming specifically...
As far as I'm aware Demul uses the CHD format, meaning you need to convert any game ISO's to CHD. Its probably the best DC emulator available at the moment TBH but not particularly user friendly.
