Your emulator needs to support multi tap. I dont know of any that do but it looks like the core used in RetroArch does, so there has to be one emulator out there that does.

Ebay does not allow selling roms!
That does not stop people from trying but as a buyer you need to be away this person is giving you pirated games and as a buyer you need to be aware it is illegal...
1) Just so you know, this is not going to include roms, you need to get those on your own. Do not ask for how, we can not help you there. Most setup is done when you flash the SD card yourself. I'd...
Ya I'm getting this.
No its just not emulated well, saturn is very hard to emulate. No computer today is going to fix what is not competed. More work needs to be done n the core emulation. Bizhawk can not change that.

It is just one of those things, RA is like a huge emulation operating system that does it all where BH is an attempt to make an all in one emulator. There are problems with that so RA decided to make...
The only difference from a stuck to a class is how it handles memory. Also the their default access level is public where classes are private. In C it is a necessity but c++ it is interchangeable...
Not sure that is maintained any longer. Saturn was always slow... Spectrum I never tried. Are you looking for an all in one emulator? If so try RetroArch.
It sounds like maybe you have an issue write to the HD? As Lefteris_D said this is automatic. So are save states, something is preventing you from saving to your HD. Run in admin mode maybe?
I thought they were calling this windows CORE.
To the best of my knowledge no Wii has troubles with softmods.
I have a few but the most hated on top of my list are all and any metroid primes and that stupid PH zelda that you need a pen to play.

A game is designed for a console, so the max players depends on the ports + multi tap availability. The players are decided by the maker of the game and can never be changed.
Maybe try to edit the ini file its self?
Tasker has a touch screen simulator based on events. It may be possible to set a joystick event to touch an area of the screen with this. You may need to pay for that feature and you may need root...
That is a link ?
Reason for asking is I'm not in front a a computer that can open it up and look. Very often with controller plugs is that there is a setting or two that will cause that. Visualization is the best way...
8bitdo are the best wireless IMO.
You should be able to use a free image host and type in the url. Though it has to be something with the emulator.
Take a screen shot of the n rage window with your settings. Test the game pad with joy.cpl (run from run menu). Also test with https://html5gamepad.com/
report all findings.
Yeah Raphnet was the entire foundation behind the original Bliss-Box but The Bliss-Box has made a few grater leaps. The controller support is insane and now it is even working on modern consoles....
There are none, use the right core for the right need.
There a different exes named with different purposes. One is for accurate emulation, one is geared to speed, and what not.
