I have downloaded the zip folder, extracted it at the shader folder of retroarch at the usb that i use to boot the emustation in the mega drive mini and when i explore the folder it says "no items"...

thanks my man! How I download these files; Which file extension is compatible with mega drive mini; for example i put a .CPG file in the folder shaders and doesn't work.
