Guys, I went to this cafe and saw someone playing MVSC with Nebula and had this cheats and stuff. When I downloaded Nebula and the ROM(from ***********) I extracted the files from the ROM to the Rom folder of Nebula as well as in the RomData folder. But when I loaded it in Nebula it says, "the files are missing.." So how would I play this? I use the Marvel vs. Capcom USA (09 something).
First don't extract the files from the zip file leave it as it is and just put the zip file in the rom folder. If the game don't work the rom is missing some files keep searching there's plenty of sites that have complete rom sets, believe the search is definitely worth it.;)
You may need the parent rom what is the shorname of the rom?
I've got everything running now. I just have to DL the rom from ************ not ******** cause ******** gives mvsc.zip 21.5MB while ********* gives 22.something MB.

Sorry bout that. Anyways, another problem. Nebula can't scan sfiii3.zip? I already placed in the bios.rom in the Roms folder. Why can't it detect it? I already pressed Rescan and stuff. Please help me in Street Fighter EX 2 please. I've downloaded the ROM already. But I can't play it in Nebula. I don't know how to use MAME, I'm really sorry.
dont think thats a supported game is it? i dont see sf3 in the game list.
Nope SFIII is a CPS3 game and afaik no-one has cracked the encryption for CPS3 yet so you won't see it emulated anywhere. I'm pretty sure its available on PS2, Xbox and Dreamcast though so they can always buy it if they have one of those systems.
While roms for games might be available, that just means the game boards have been dumped it isn't a reflection on whether anyone can actually read the encrypted information on them.
