Need help installing NES emulator on PSP

I've heard that NesterJ is the best NES emulator for the PSP. I downloaded NesterJ, opened it, but only found a ReadMe on how to install on a Windows based computer. Could someone please help me with instructions on how to install the emulator on my PSP? Thanks.

By the way, I'm running 3.10 OE-A' firmware.

Nevermind, I figured it out...this website was offering the wrong version of the Emulator for download.
