need advice advancemame and arcadeos config

PC Specs:
asus Asus P4V8X-X
128MB ati agp 9200
512MB ddr
6gb HDD seagate

i reformat the hardisk as fat32 using windows 98SE

when i reboot, arcadeos boots the lists of roms, and gives a menu
problem when i choose the games, it says: cannot initialize video

My video card is ati 9200 agp, do i have to add some entries in my advmame.rc or arcadeos.cfg , any idea how to fix please help.
