How to make a SATURN GAME with these files????
Ok probably i 've already asked this , but this time is a little bit different than before because i want to burn a SATURN IMAGE that can be played in a real SATURN.Ok here i go.
I have these files.
01 TRACK01.ISO
02 TRACK02.OGG
03 .............OGG
and so on until
17 TRACK17.OGG
SEGA RALLY CHAMPIONSHIP PLUS.CUE
The game is SEGA RALLY.I forgot to mention it before.
Which file should i burn with Alcohol120 to make a REAL SATURN GAME ????
When i make a real PSX game i open Alcohol go to burn image wizard browse and select for example Suikoden.img and click burn image. The game is well made for PSX. Many thanks in advance.
Re: How to make a SATURN GAME with these files????
It is kind of hard...
The .OGG are the music files. Use a program to make then .WAV
Rename them ALL to Track No02.wav, Track No03.wav etc to Track No17.wav
Rename your .ISO file to Track No01.iso
Then make a .TXT file like this: (just COPY - PASTE)
Quote:
FILE "Track No01.iso" BINARY
TRACK 1 MODE1/2048
INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE "Track No02.wav" WAVE
TRACK 2 AUDIO
PREGAP 00:02:00
INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE "Track No03.wav" WAVE
TRACK 3 AUDIO
INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE "Track No04.wav" WAVE
TRACK 4 AUDIO
INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE "Track No05.wav" WAVE
TRACK 5 AUDIO
INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE "Track No06.wav" WAVE
TRACK 6 AUDIO
INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE "Track No07.wav" WAVE
TRACK 7 AUDIO
INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE "Track No08.wav" WAVE
TRACK 8 AUDIO
INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE "Track No09.wav" WAVE
TRACK 9 AUDIO
INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE "Track No10.wav" WAVE
TRACK 10 AUDIO
INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE "Track No11.wav" WAVE
TRACK 11 AUDIO
INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE "Track No12.wav" WAVE
TRACK 12 AUDIO
INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE "Track No13.wav" WAVE
TRACK 13 AUDIO
INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE "Track No14.wav" WAVE
TRACK 14 AUDIO
INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE "Track No15.wav" WAVE
TRACK 15 AUDIO
INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE "Track No16.wav" WAVE
TRACK 16 AUDIO
INDEX 01 00:00:00
FILE "Track No17.wav" WAVE
TRACK 17 AUDIO
INDEX 01 00:00:00
Rename the .TXT to .CUE
Put it in the same file with the .ISO and .WAV files.
Download CD-R WIN from
http://www.goldenhawk.com/cdrwin.htm
Use this program to select the .CUE file and the program will burn the CD.
Re: How to make a SATURN GAME with these files????
But my ogg files are in winamp icons what program can i use to rename them ?
I have the cue file SegaRallyChampionshipplus.cue and the TRACK01.ISO file
so are you saying if i burn with alcohol120 the.cue file i will make a game cause i haven't understand all the quotes before.
Are you saying so???????????
What about the txt file? What it does? What it's for?
I know these are a lot of questions but if you have the patience to make a step by step guide i would be really GRATEFUL.:) Thanks in advance.
I dowloaded the ISO which is a rip of the original CD of SATURN ? Can't i just try to burn the .cue file or trackno01.iso to make a real game?
Thanks again.
Haha it's easier than i thought. When i launch Alcohol120 and i have already the .cue file and i give burn image to that file Alcohol shows me the files just the way they should be or at least this is how they look
Type: Cue-sheets Image file

Track 11: Audio, Length: 000000(0 Byte), Address: 000150
Track 12: Audio, Length: 000000(0 Byte), Address: 000150
Track 13: Audio, Length: 000000(0 Byte), Address: 000150
Track 14: Audio, Length: 000000(0 Byte), Address: 000150
Track 15: Audio, Length: 000000(0 Byte), Address: 000150

If it's correct please tell me , i am impatient to know :) .
I found this way at guide at google.
Re: How to make a SATURN GAME with these files????
Don't you be able to mount the image with Daemon-Tools (test with Saturn emulators if necessary) and then, burn it with any burning software in 1:1 copy?
Re: How to make a SATURN GAME with these files????
the game works with SSF 0.07 R6 as i 've seen but i mean to make a real SATURN GAME.
Are the files correct montpics????
For example if i burn like i 've shown up will i make a real SATURN GAME???
Re: How to make a SATURN GAME with these files????
As I mentioned before, once it can be played with the emulators. It should be able to be played on the real consoles as well.
Note :
Better do try and error if I were you.
Good luck!
Re: How to make a SATURN GAME with these files????
I will start immediately, i hope they work even some say is difficult to create real SATURN discs , some say it's easy and speaking about luck i don't think i will have it i left it all at REGENCY CASINO :))))
I finally managed to burn a real SATURN game and it worked
GEKIRIN-TIME TRAVEL SHOOTER(J)
It was from japan but worked at my SATURN with modchip installed.
I just needed to burn TRACK01.ISO and the game was made with Alcohol 120%
Thanks montpics and belmont

For a complete disc, you will need the music files as well. The ISO+MP3 (or OGG) ones are made with emulators in mind.
