I have a lil problem with the speed-function!
When I activate the speed, I only get +400%-500%!
But my friend gets 3000%!!!
Can u help me to lift my problem???

You forgot to tell us what the emulator is.

I use the VisualBoyAdvance-1.7.2
Go look under 'Options > Filter' and make sure this is on normal, since this can harm your framerate! Also what PC system do you have?
I tried it to set the filter at "Normal", but I still having this problem!
I use the system windows xp
my pc-hardware:
CPU: IntelPentium 3000GHz
RAM: 1024MB
VGA: RADEON X1600 (256MB)

I checked on both my PC and Laptop, and on both I got a average of 450%. All I can think is that you can check out the 'Options > Video > Render Method' settings.
