Only if your PS1 or PS2 has a mod chip.
You'll need a mod chip, or a boot cd, or do that special trick where you bootstrap off a legitimate game.
I also heard that if you spread mayonnaise and peanut butter on the disk tray that your Playstation console will make sweet sweet love to throughout the night.
