I've got a pretty high fever right now and I still can't figure it out. I'm at 100.5 degress fahrenheit. Is there something wrong with me? :(

I'm not worried about the fever. I'm more worried about the fact that I meet the requirements to figure out this puzzle, yet I'm still baffled.
