i apologize if this is a repost.
i heard this rumor that you could download an emulator onto a consol's hard drive (be it an X-Box or PS2, whatever) and play roms from that. is this totally off the mark or is it possible to do that. and (i may as well kill two birds here) if it is possible, how would one go about that? thanks all.
