can someone give me the filename of the dreamcast bios please

also if possible can someone give me the filename for capcom vs snk and capcom snk 2 for dc?

The DC BIOS filename is dc_bios.bin.

try cvs2.iso or somthing like that. sorry that we cant help you that much
