How to rotate the l button in cemu wii u emulator for pc?

I didn´t know it was possible to rotate L Button but bayonetta 2 game ask me to rotate L Button so how to rotate L button in PC´s Wii U Emulator Cemu ?

I think you are confusing things. There is no way to rotate a button but maybe the intent was to rotate the stick. rotating a stick means to move in a circle pattern.
