I am running Snes9x ex + for Android on a LG Vista phone, and no matter how much I play around with the options I cannot get the on screen controller to appear. It doesn't matter what Rom I download none of them have it. Please help? I don't know what to do and I just wanna play all these games I downloaded.

Options > Input > On-Screen Controls > ON
or
Menu -> On-screen Input Setup -> Use Virtual Gamepad = On
does not work?
