Issues with configuring C-buttons PJ64 2.3.2

I wanna play Ocarina of Time Randomizer with my Xone controller, so I made this configuration which works best for me when playing Zelda:

As you can see I wanna use B, Y and the left and right thumbstick buttons as the C-buttons so I can use my items easier (It's really annoying to use your items with the D-pad or the right thumbstick)

So I first click the first save button and then the other one to exit and when I come back, this happens:

For some reason, the buttons I chose for the C-buttons reset to 'none'. Does anyone know how to fix it. I used both N-Rage For PJ64: 2.1.5.202 and the N-Rage Input Plugin V2 2.3c and none of those plugins work.

Maybe try to edit the ini file its self?

this not going to solve the problem

does it work with ONLY the right thumbstick or the D-pad?
