Transfering N64 saves from one emulator to another.

Hi!
I'm currently playing The Legend Of Zelda: Ocarina of Time on the Project 64 emulator. I was thinking of TASing the game and was looking for a suitable emulator when I found Mupen 64 Rerecording. Since this emulator has a "Frame Advance" feature, I thought this was perfect... until I realised that I would have to play the ENTIRE GAME AGAIN to get a 100% completion like I had on Project 64. I did think of using cheats to get a 100% completion... but then I found out the Mupen 64 Rerecording doesn't use cheats. So my last option was to transfer the save from Project 64 to Mupen 64 Rerecording. Is there any way to do this? If so, please let me know!
