Kemulator problem on windows 10

Hello. I'm having trouble with setting up controls on Kemulator 0.9.8 Lite, the options window is just TOO SMALL!

I can map only these few keys and not the others. And the window can not be resized.

Do you have any tips on how to resolve this issue and map all the keys?

My answer is a bit late but it will be also useful for future "Googlers".

I got exactly the same problem and I could solve it with the program "Sizer 4" by "brianapps".
