Arcade Only Frontend, retro feel

I am planning to run only 80s arcade games on the Windows machine that I am running. I am looking for the most basic frontend that mimics what would see in one of the commercially available multi-arcades. Simple right-left or up-down scrolling to select the game. Just game logos or splash screen screenshots. Not console images, metadata or anything like that. Need to run on Windows.

Lauchbox seems reasonably customizable but also seems kind of finicky.
