Games are not booting up when we open the snes9x emulator

Hey I recently visited your website and got an amazing gaming experience in snes9x emulator, but from today when i open the emulator and load the game rom the screen got blank. I also get help from a page on internet but it is not working. SO can you please help me.

download new version of emulator, check your video drivers, check your roms working roms mean verifited have sign [!]
if you have bad dump game will not run or run with errors.
