Issue Extracting Sound with PSound when all scanned files have the same name

Howdy, I'm trying to get the audio files out a Jak 2 and Jak 3 PS2 Iso with Psound. I am able to scan they file (Vagwad.eng) that contains the sound with PSound and I get a couple thousand results which are the audio files in that .eng file. My issue is that instead of the files having a unique name (eg. Vagwad.eng | 0001, Vagwad.eng | 0002, esc) like they've been in the past, they are all either named mono or stereo. This becomes an issue when I go to convert them to WAVs in bulk because when I hit the convert button each file named stereo or mono automatically overwrites the file with the same name that was converted before it so the end result in me having the last 2 files converted out of 2000-odd files total. Is there a way I can work around this?
