Cemu 1.9.1 released

A new public version of the Wii U emulator Cemu has been released. Here are the changes in version 1.9.1:

• Added second window which displays the GamePad screen
• Improved texture readback
• Bug fixes (audio, recompiler and input)
• Optimizations for the texture decoder
