Been trying to play this game. Can't seem to get a decent speed. I've tried various combinations of settings - speedhacks, full screen, windowed, low internal resolution. Nothing seems to get me more than 70% framerate. If I crank up the presets, the emulator reports 60 FPS, but the game itself is still half that.
I have a AMD 6300 six-core 3.5GHz processor, a 2Gb GTX 960 video card, and 16 Gb RAM.
