Emulator Problem: Constant APPCRASH reports when I try to start ePSXe

Hey Guys,

So the drama is that about 4-5 days ago, I tried to start up ePSXe to continue playing Crash Bandicoot, I got the following error: SoundCreateError.
I've been trying to figure this out with Google searches for the last couple days. I've double checked my C++ Directories/Repositories, tested various versions of ePSXe, used various plugins and bios's.
At the moment, I've got ePSXe 1.9.25 running with Pete's OpenGL2 Driver 2.9, P.E.Op.s DSound Audio Driver 1.9 and SCPH1001.
All this is running off Win7 64bit, AMD FX-4300 CPU, Crucial MX100 256G SSD, Crucial DDR3 PC12800-8GB Kit(2x4GB) 1600Mhz CL11 RAM CoolerMaster Thunder Series 600W PS and a Gigabyte ATI HD 5450 Graphics Card.
