ePSXe Xbox 360 Controller Setup

I just downloaded ePSXe 1.9.25 from the ePSXe website. And I cannot set up my Xbox 360 Controller. I had trouble before with version 1.9.0 but can't remember what I did to fix this or bypass my issue

My issue is that I have 4 wireless Xbox 360 Controllers. I want to have them all used in the multitap in port 1. I can program Controller 3 and 4 fine but for some reason when I have 2 or more controllers synced it reads my Xbox controller that is synced as controller one as joystick 2 and my second Xbox controller as joystick one. Which is so weired. I am using JoyToKey with some of the mappings so I do add a few buttons on each controller as keyboard so I can customize the controls in-game. How do I make ePSXe read controller 1 as joystick 1 and controller 2 as joystick 2?

I think I have found a solution to my issue. Atleast this did work for me

Go to your Control Panel and then to your Devices and Printers and right click on your Xbox 360 controler and go to game controller settings and click advanced and set the Xbox 360 Controller as your primary controller.
