UNZ emulator FM Towns - game not loading

This is the second time I try to get the same game to work on the UNZ version 0.5 L30 emulator. Vain Dream... UNZ doesn't want to load it. Just stays on the same screen telling me "shisutemu ga chigaimasu", and loads up to 0, 1, 2, 3, 4 then back to 0.
I have mounted the file on daemontools, and correctly set up the CD drive in the options, as well as manually configuring it in the .ini file. As well as enabling capture CD on the file menu. Vain Dream should be compatible. I've tried an older version of the emulator, and a newer one. There's got to be something wrong that I am doing, or either the files I have simply do not work. Rubbish. So could anyone with more knowledge in this emulator care to help? Thanks.
