I open up PCSX 2 program but when i try to load a game it always said i'm missing bio

I open up PCSX 2 program but when i try to load a game it always said i'm missing bios. How to fix this problem?

If i want to use PCSX 2 with resident evil 4 how can i do that? Please give me step by step on how to do it.

I had a problem today with it

the default filepath to put the bios in was in "my documents" for some reason.. . rather then program files C lol

I look through my documents folder but there is no bios in it. How to fix this problem?
