Loading old Save File from an VBA results in Freeze&Purple Screen

I have a problem and even though I normally can find answers through Google, I couldn't find anything good this time. I guess it was too specific...

So the problem is, that I can't load any .sgm file on the new VBA I downloaded.
Those .sgm files are all from the Pokemon Ruby hack Light Platinum. I played through most of the game, when I decided to download another Hack (Pokemon Sovereign of the Sky) and the whole thing contained another VBA. So silly me decided to delete the old VBA and use the new one, but now I can't play my old Light Platinum anymore. It first started with a white screen, which, as I have mentioned before, I solved through googling, but after it loaded the game, I obviously wanted to load my save files, but that again resulted in a frozen game and kinda looks like the spot I had saved, but in purple and after a few seconds it would turn blurred or deformed...
I found out that almost the same thing happens, if some people try to open .sgm in VBA Link, and they suggested one should import the battery, but since I deleted the old VBA, I can't even export said battery!

Does anyone know how to fix this problem or will I lose my game process?:(
