How do you post save data from emulator to emulator on Android ?Expert Needed!

Okay so here is the thing , I recently downloaded an emulator to play Pokemon Emerald on and I'm pretty far into the game, But there are several pokemon in which you need to trade to evolve plus I want to use cheats because the emulator I was using did not allow that. It would be a shame to have to restart the whole game ! So can anyone help me out with this ???
