Turbo Engine emulator & GpspDC

Hello all. I have the Turbo Engine Emulator with the US BIOS all set, yet when I try a Turbografx game, I only get the audio and no video. I also have two CUE files for the cd games, yet I get an error message stating that I cannot load cdgames. I may try an ISO file instead, but the only audio and no video is my main problem.
Also, I'd like to know if the GpspDC emulator for the Dreamcast allows you to save games onto the memory card. If it does, I need a tutorial on how exactly to burn it to disc. I've done it before, but it was quite slow and wouldn't go to fullscreen. I know that there's been an update to it over the last few years, and I've seen a fullscreen one on youtube. So, If someone can help me with these two issues, I'd appreciate it. Thank you.
