Login problems fixed

Yesterday (July 25) I moved the site and forum to a new server.

Today I was contacted by a fellow admin that he couldn't log in.

The problem turned out to be a bug in the configuration files for Apache causing everyone accessing the forum to be seen connecting from the same IP address. As a result, once one person tried to brute-force login (and getting IP banned for this), everyone else was being blocked from trying to login too.

I've now fixed the problem (hopefully) and you should be able to login as normal again. A password reset should not be necessary.
