How well could my computer run Dolphin 3.5?

I'm looking for some help to see how well my computer could handle it. If this is not the right place to post this please tell me where to. Its my first time posting here and i just wanted to see. I tried playing Dragonball z Saga but it was going in slow motion. So yeah looking for help.
Processor: AMD E-300 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics 1.30 GHz
RAM: 2.00 GB
System Type: 64-bit Operating System
My Adapter: AMD Radeon HD 6310 Graphics

Good luck. I have a 2.4GHz Core 2 Duo, 4GB of RAM it stutters. I wasn't able to run Dolphin until I purchased an i7 3.4GHz Quad Core.
