Since I was a SEGA fanboy I can give you many good games for Mega Drive \ Game Gear !!
All Sonic games are great.
SEGA's greatest games are Phantasy Star RPG series !!!!!
Apart from this we have NBA Jam,Mortal Kombat and much more.
