Do i have to have the playstation game before i can download playstation roms???

If i download the roms before i get the game will it be illegal?

Yes,it's illegal,that's why we don't give links to roms or rom sites.Although if you download a rom and delete it within 24 hours it's considered demoing it (Testing).Be careful what you download and abide all laws in your country.
