I need a save state for Metal Gear 2 Solid Snake please

Im playing Metal Gear 2 Solid Snake on the bluemsx emulator but Ive come across a glitch after playing it for hoursssssss. I was about halfway through the game where I had to meet the Czech or Russian chick in the toilet. I called that doctor in the roof who spoke Czech I think and was told to go to the female bathroom to meet a girl to translate for me. Anyway Ive seen youtube walkthroughs and read walkthrough faqs but the girl never comes to the bathroom. Ive died on purpose to restart that level, I go back to the toilet the girl never arrives. Ive killed every guard thinking maybe shes appear if they all are gone, nope she still wont arrive. I dont have another save state so I have to restart the game something I dont want to do. Does anyone have a save state file after this part or any save state file abit past that area? Or is there a website that has good emulation save state files? Ive checked gamefaqs but I lucked out
