troubles with ace3ds emulators on the card please help

HI to every gamer and it-guru out there, guys i bought the ace 3ds card for my 3dsXL and i got some questions , i tried to figure it out with google but with no success, 1.about the Jenesis emulator for segamegadrive and genesis on 3ds, its normal that the screen is not scaled for the 3ds , meaning i must press Left and Right buttons on the back of 3ds and the screen is movin form left to right because is not fitting ?is there a way to make it fit to screen?2. about neogeo ds emulator its normal that some games like metal slug have droppin framerate?or i have a bad rom?3.after spending days on google i cant find and figure out how can i convert MAME or neogeo roms, so they work on the 3ds with neogeods emulator?I upgrade them all to the latest version, thanks for your time and help

1. I don't believe you can change the size of it.
2. Some games do have bad frame rate, but it may just be the Rom check out the Rom Hustler site unless that's where you get your Roms, their usually pretty good for me.
3. I have no idea good question. lol
