Is there a way to free up some space in my RAM, or no. I have successfully emulated Gameboy advance games, however, I'm not sure if that takes up as much RAM.

Not really. XP for a start uses a lot of RAM, and Dolphin is a resource-intensive emulator :(

The proper way to check your pc specs is to right click My Computer then press properties.And you will see your CPU and RAM info!
