I need a little info.

Since i'm new to emu and all, my friend said that GBA and VBA are the same.. Is this true? I need clarification.

VBA is a GBA emulator.

This. It's pretty stable and easy to configure to a controller too. GBA games have a low resolution compared to a PC monitor though, if that's a concern.
