Kawaks can't pick up stick movements from PDP Versus Fighting Pad

I recently bought myself a PDP Versus Fighting Pad for my PS3 to play games like UMvC3 and SFxT much easier than with my standard controller. I decided also to see if I could get the pad to work on Kawaks to play games like Marvel Super Heroes and Marvel vs Capcom 1, however I'm having problems with trying to get Kawaks to detect the stick movements. It can detect the buttons just fine but it didn't do anything when I moved the stick. I've tried it with a couple other emulators and they detect it fine, however those emulator gave a different name for the input as say Joy 1 Hat Switch rather than it being say Joy1Up. Is there any way I can get this to work on Kawaks?
