How can I create a .XBE file for a .ISO to Xbox Emulator?

How can I create a .XBE file for a .ISO to Xbox Emulator?

Have not done this in years. But I remember an application, I think it was DiskJuggler. It took the .iso files & extracted them, giving the .xbe file & other files as well, that you dump into a folder on your xbox.
