PCSP v0.5.4 Help?

I'm not sure if this was posted before so I apologize in advance.
Anyway, I've recently downloaded PCSP v.0.5.4 and I don't get how you run it.
I mean, I've downloaded Persona 3 Portable but I don't know how to run it in the emulator and I don't know if I downloaded the right file but the emulator runs fine on its own.

Hmm....I think you need to try JPCSP 0.6. It requires Java to run exactly. But it is much easier than the PCSP.

Try JPCSP 0.6.
