360 emulator? (actual link)

ill probably seem like a huge noob/dumbass for asking this but.....

i found this website and it looks semi-legitimate but every other google search for a 360 emulator says there is no such thing and why (which i fully understand) but this website looks decently real but i cant find any reference, good or bad, to this emulator.

so i decided to ask this trusted community to see if you know anything because i really dont want to have to reinstall windows from trying to see if this is legit or not

That is one way to put it, plus its been talked about, its not real, nor would it even be possible on modern day computers.
