NO$GBA Advantages: Compatible with more games
DeSmuNe Advantages: Save States Available
I prefer NO$GBA.
Desmume is quite good cuz you can save your game whenever you want ( shift + f1-f10 or f12 I forgot cuz not really using the emulator ) but its really really slow on my laptop
No$Gba is really fast ( for me )
So well I chose no$gba cuz I prefer speed
