Aspect Ratio Incorrect

I am using MAME32 v.093. I have the box "Enforce Aspect Ratio" checked, but Galaga is still incorrect. Does anyone know how to fix this? I also think that Donkey Kong, Ms. Pac-Man, Burger Timae and a few others all look too wide, but they are not fully stretched to fill the screen.

ETA- I just checked Street Fighter and there is also a border at the top and bottom of the game. This wasn't a problem before. *Frustrating*

Update: I have figured out the problem for the vertical games. I had to enable Triple Buffering and now they look great. I still haven't figured out why Street Fighter has the border at the top and bottom though.
